The awkward bit
What needed to change.
The physical portraits and interviews could only reach people who were standing in the cathedral.
A phone-friendly exhibition where visitors can scan, listen, read and move through every story at their own pace.
The result
Twenty personal stories can now travel beyond the cathedral walls while keeping each person at the centre.
